Technical Support Engineer - UDcast France

Position Summary

The qualified candidate will provide post-sales services to UDcast customers, partners and resellers to enable them to install, configure, deploy and support UDcast DVB-H and IP over Satellite solutions. Services include product support, troubleshooting assistance, validation, system engineering tasks and technical account management. The candidate will be based in Sophia-Antipolis, France

Required Skills
  • 0 to 5 years of working experience in a professional, preferably international IT environment
  • Professional presentation skills
  • Solid knowledge of Internet Protocol
  • Hands-on experience with Windows and UNIX
  • Exellent organizational, customer service and communication (written and oral) skills
  • Fluent spoken and written English language is mandatory
  • Experience with Digital Broadcast technologies is considered a plus
  • Any major European languages are considered a plus, international candidates encouraged

  • Able to work on own initiative with minimal supervision
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and able to communicate professionally with customers
  • Customer care minded
  • Ability to work in a small team
